Project management

Elektra Invest has a dedicated project management team consisting of engineers specialized in the types of work the company carries out, ensuring the efficiency and quality required for successful projects.

Most of the time, each project carried out by us has several of the following objectives:

• lighting
• ITS system
• relocation of low, medium and/or high voltage networks
• telecommunications network relocations
• relocation of water & sewage networks,
• railway network relocations (CFR),
• land improvement networks (ANIF).

That is precisely why we have implemented integrated management and we closely monitor the efficiency of project management, which must ensure compliance with execution deadlines, the quality of works and environmental regulations, social responsibility, health and safety standards, both for our team members and for the beneficiary's team for each and every project.
